Frequently Asked Questions
Each private paint party includes all supplies: brushes, paints, 8×10 or 11×14 canvases, and aprons. We handle setup and cleanup, so your group can focus on painting, socializing, and making memories.
Fill out our Kolor Sessions booking form with your preferred date, guest count, and theme. Once your deposit is paid, your date is officially reserved.
Partially. If you cancel at least 14 days before your event, you’ll receive 50% of your deposit back or you can roll it over as credit toward a future event. Less than 14 days out, the deposit is non-refundable.
Standard sessions run 2 hours for 8×10 canvases and 2.5 hours for 11×14 canvases. Shorter or longer classes can be arranged for larger groups or custom projects.
Parties start at a 10-person minimum and are charged in increments of 5 guests. If your group has more than 30 participants, we’ll customize your event to ensure everyone has a fantastic experience.
Kolor Sessions are fun for all ages! Whether it’s a kids’ birthday party, a teen hangout, or an adult paint night, we provide age-appropriate guidance, supplies, and creative inspiration. *Children must be supervised by adults
Our mobile art studio comes to your home, office, or chosen venue throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We bring all supplies and set up a creative, fun space for your group.
Yes! You can choose from seasonal, glow-in-the-dark, or abstract themes, or request a fully custom painting experience. We’ll work with you to make your party unique.
Your final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event. We staff and prepare supplies based on that number, so we’re unable to reduce your balance after this point.
If you give us 14 or more days’ notice, you may apply your deposit toward a new date (subject to availability) or receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of your event forfeit the deposit, as materials and staff are already secured.
